Question 181447: What are they asymptotes of the functions "f(x) = 4^x" and "g(x)= log5x" ***The 5 is opposite of ^5. I am unable to find that symbol on my computer.***
This is from my Elementary and Intermediate Algebra class.
Thank you in advance.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What are the asymptotes of the functions
"f(x) = 4^x"
Asymptote: y = 0
graph%28400%2C300%2C-10%2C10%2C-10%2C10%2C4%5Ex%29
---------------------------------------------
"g(x)= log5x"
Maybe you mean the following:
g(x) = log[(sqrt(5)x]
Asymptote : x = 0
graph%28400%2C300%2C-10%2C10%2C-10%2C10%2Cln%28%285%5E%281%2F2%29%29x%29%29
***The 5 is opposite of ^5.
