You must have mistyped the equation. You have two equal signs. By the way, if the equation is NOT in standard form, your first step is to get it into standard form by setting the equation equal to zero. Try again and repost it, or send me an Email.

By the way, what method were you supposed to use? With these big numbers, it's going to be hard to factor. The quadratic formula will have some big numbers but it's okay. Have you done the completing the square method?
