You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The answer is easy, it is no. See:
x^2+3x+3=0
x=%28-b%2B-sqrt%28b%5E2-4%2Aa%2Ac%29%29%2F%282%2Aa%29
When you substitute all of the numbers it comes to a sqrt of a -3. You cannot get a sqrt of a -3. So the answer is no.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
+x+=+%28-3+%2B-+sqrt%283%5E2+-+4%2A1%2A3%29%29%2F%282%29+
+x+=+%28-3+%2B-+sqrt%289-12%29%29%2F%282%29+
+x+=+%28-3+%2B-+sqrt%28-3%29%29%2F%282%29+
for lower level maths... no solution
or for advanced maths...
+x+=+%28-3+%2B-+sqrt%283%2A%28-1%29%29%29%2F%282%29+
+x+=+%28-3+%2B-+sqrt%283%29i%29%2F%282%29+
this is the realm of Complex numbers.
