You can put this solution on YOUR website!
when P(x) us divided by 2x+1; the quotient is x^2 - x + 4 and the remainder is 3. Find P(x)
P(x)/(2x+1) = x^2-x+4 + 3/(2x+1)
Multiply thru by 2x+1 to get:
P(x) = (2x+1)(x^2-x+4) + 3
P(x) = 2x^3 -2x^2 + 8x + x^2 -x + 4 + 3
P(x) = 2x^3 -x^2 + 7x + 7
