Question 153860: Can someone please help me. I need to write three equations that has to be turned in tomorrow and I stuck.
Write three quadratic equations, with a, b, and c (coefficients of x^2, x, and the constant) as:
1. Integers :
2. Rational numbers:
3. Irrational numbers:
This is what I got so far not sure if its right.
1. Integers:
x^2+3x-8=0
2. Rational numbers:
1/2x^2 + 4/5x -9/13=0
3Irrational numbers:
I don't know what to put here?
As you can see I am trying to write these equation, but I been out of school for 12 years and I not sure if what I have is right.
Please help me.
Thank you so much for your help.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You could find lots of irrational numbers using Google on the web.
------------------
Example
(sqrt2)x^2 - (sqrt3)x + (sqrt5) = 0

So far so good.
For irrational numbers, you can use pi or sqrt(2) or some other irrational
So how about sqrt%282%29x%5E2+-+pi%2Ax+%2B+sqrt%285%29
