8e more than 17 of the next 20 business days. If this actually happened, might you suspect that p is greater than 0.60? Explain.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the vertex, symmetry and the maximum or minimum value of f(x)
Graph the function
F(x)=1/3(x+3)^2+2
--------
Rewrite as:
y-2 = (1/3)(x+3)^2
Vertex is at (-3,2)
-----------------------------
Axis of symmetry is x = -3
----------------------------
Since 1/3 is greater than zero, the parabola opens up.
Therefore (-3,2) is the lowest point on he curve
So the miniumum value for y is 2
--------------------------------------
