Decide if the lines are parallel, perpendicular, or neither.
5x + 3y = 7
3x + 5y = 3

Check the slope of each equation:
y = (-5/3)x + (7/3); slope is -5/3
y = (-3/5)x + (3/5): slope is -3/5

slopes are different so line are not parallel.
The product of the slopes is not -1 so the lines are not perpendicular.
