Question 140344: Please show me how to find and graph the derivative value? Thanks!
given: y = X^2
at X = 3
and
at X = -1 Answer by Fombitz(32388) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! The derivative of y (y' or dy/dx) is 2x.
At x=3, the derivative is 2(3)=6.
At x=-1, the derivative is 2(-1)=-2.
