= 4x^2-12x-x+3 / 2x(4x-1) * 6x(x+1) / x^2-3x-3x+9
= 4x(x-3)-1(x-3) /2x(4x-1) * 6x(x+1) / x(x-3)-3
= (4x-1)(x-3) / 2x(4x-1) * 6x(x+1) / (x-3)(x-3)
= 3(x-1)/(x-3)
