This is not correct because you have a power (^) factor & a fraction (x/2).

(7-3.5)/(-2-0)
3.5/-2
-1.75 for the slope of this line.
14=2*-1.75+b is the equation with a slope of -1.75 through the points (2,14).
14=-3.5+b
14+3.5=b
b=17.5 the y intercept.
Thus the line equation is:
y=-1.75x+17.5
