You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What is the horizontal asymptote of the function y=4(2^x)+3?
----------
As x gets more and more negative 2^x gets closer and closer to zero
Therefore y gets closer and closer to 3.
The horizonal asymptote is y = 3.
