The first step is to multiply the complete equation by 9 to get rid of the denominator and the answer is 7-15x=9x, then we move all the x to one side and the number by itself to the other side and we obtain -15x-9x=-7 then we group together and we obtain -24x=-7 then

Solve -24%2Ax%2B0=-7. Move 0 to the right: -24%2Ax=-7-0. Divide by -24: x=%28-7-0%29%2F-24=-7%2F-24+=+0.291666666666667
