Square Root Property, all or any of those?

Picking only one exammple:

35x%2B19=3x%5E2-9
19%2B9=3x%5E2-35x
3x%5E2-35x-28=0
No use for square root property with this. x cannot be isolated and no square expression. The trinomial is not a perfect square.
