p = 2%2Bl+%2B+2%2Aw+=+32 ⇒   L + w = 16  and L = (16-w)

A = L%2Aw

 (16-w)w = 48

 w^2 - 16 + 48 = 0

 (w -12)(w-4) = 0,    w = 12   0r  w = 4

Dimensions of the Rectangle are 4 by 12
