so we have to find the values of x where f(x) becomes zero.
there are several methods to get the roots of the equation,one method is synthetic division
but for that you should know one root by guessing
we can clearly see that when x=1 f(x) becomes zero so now we can get the other roots as well.
there will be four roots as it is a 4th degree expression
the x intercepts are : -2, -1, +1, +5 Ans
