You can put this solution on YOUR website! As you say:
(x-5)(x-1)
x^2 - x - 5x + 5
x^2 - 6x + 5
.
So,
F(x) = x^2 - 6x + 5
.
F(1) = 1^2 - 6(1) + 5
F(1) = 1 - 6 + 5
F(1) = 0
.
