You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Depends what you are expected to know or what method you are told to use.
One learns very early on %28a-b%29%28a%2Bb%29=a%5E2%2Bab-ab%2Bb%5E2=a%5E2-b%5E2

Seeing you have the difference of two squares,
4x%5E2-9
%282x%29%5E2-3%5E2
%28%282x%29%2B3%29%28%282x%29-3%29
So the division to perform using this is obvious.

Maybe you want to use polynomial division?
           2x -3
       ____________________________
2x+3 | 4x^2 0x -9
           4x^2 6x
         --------------
           0 -6x -9
                  -6x -9
                 ---------
                  0 0 remainder 0

Directly demonstrating 4x%5E2-9 divided by 2x%2B3 is highlight%282x-3%29.

Tutor @josgarithmetic offers two great methods. Another alternative is synthetic division.

I think the difference of squares method is the most efficient route as shown by tutor @MathLover1
