Not clear how much latitude I am allowed.
This has no more than two roots, and if they aren't complex, they must be greater than 0, because the factors to multiply to a positive number but add to a negative number. Therefore the factors must be (x- ) and (x- ). The intercept is positive 12, so it is a parabola with a vertex below the y-axis and two positive rational roots.
