You can put this solution on YOUR website! No FOIL is for two binomials (each factor has two parts)
This is similar
Multiply (-4x)(2x - 9y + 1) then
multiply by (- 3y)(2x - 9y + 1)
bring them altogether and combine .
(-4x-3y)*(2x-9y+1)
becomes
-8x^2+30xy-4x+27y^2-3y
