Question 1003125: The parabola y=ax^2 is reflected from the y-axis. What is the new rule for the parabola?

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y = ax^2 is symmetric to the y axis.
Reflecting it in the y axis simply
interchanges the right and left
sides of the parabola. You end
up with the figure you started with.
