You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You would solve this by making two fractions.
height/shadow=height/shadow
The first fraction is given to you 5'/2'
Now you put this in a equation
5'/2'=x/14'
x goes there because you're trying to find the height of a tree with a 14' shadow.
Now you cross multiple, (5)14 and 2x
70=2x
Now divide by 2
35=x
