Adding "Like" Terms:

In polynomials: terms must be of the same 'degree' to be "Like" terms

for example: add the x^2 terms together, the x terms together, and, as well,

the constant factors (+8 and -7) together.

4x^2+4x+8 + 2x^2+x-7 = 6x^2 + 5x + 1
