The problem is saying that 16 adults weigh the same as 44 children,
and either would equal a fully loaded bus.
There are 4 adults on the bus, and that would be 4%2F16+=+1%2F4 of
a fully loaded bus.
There are 12 children on the bus, and that would be 12%2F44
of a fully loaded bus.
I can add these fractions to get 11%2F44+%2B+12%2F44+=+23%2F44 of a
fully loaded bus
This is actually the same as if there were 23 children on the bus,
so the bus can carry 44+-+23+=+21 more children.
