You can put this solution on YOUR website!
area=bh/2
height=b/2
12.25=(b*b/2)/2
12.25=(b^2/2)*1/2
12.25=b^2/4 cross multiply.
b^2=49
b=sqrt49
b=7 answer for the base.
12.25=7h/2
7h=25
h=25/7 answer for the height.
proof
12.25=(7*25/7)/2
12.25=25/2
12.25=12.25
