Answer: It is proportional.

Explanation:
Any direct proportion equation is of the form y = kx
k = constant of proportionality

In this case, k = 6
Whatever x is, multiply it by 6 to get y.
As x increases, y also increases.

Side note: All direct proportion equations graph a straight line that passes through the origin (0,0)
