The ratio of men to women at a certain company is 3 to 5. How many employees does the company have if there are 100 male employees?

3:5.
100/3=33.333333
5*33.3333333333=166.666666666=167 people.
167+100=267

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
male%2Ffemale

w, women employees

3%2F5=100%2Fw
w%2F100=5%2F3
w=500%2F3
w=166%262%2F3
then total men plus women employees 266%262%2F3, which makes no sense. The given ratio is wrong.
