The proportion

350%2F%283%2A15%29 = 700%2F%282%2Ax%29

express the rate of work for each of the two scenarios.

It is equivalent to

350%2F%283%2A15%29 = 350%2Fx,

1%2F45 = 1%2Fx,

x = 45.

Answer. 45 minutes.
