Need to find "k".
3 = k/(1/4)
k= 3/4

y = 3 when x = 2
3+=+k%281%2F%282%5E2%29%29
3+=+k%281%2F4%29
k+=+12
The equation is y+=+12%281%2F%28x%5E2%29%29
