From the above equation we know
(a+21) = 11
and
b = 4
what will be the ratio if we add 21 to both the nos
%28a%2B21%29%2F%28b%2B21%29 =
replace (a+21) with 11, replace b with 4
11%2F%284%2B4%29 = 11%2F8
