There is 1%2F3 of wine in the first flask and 2%2F7 of wine in the second flask.

Since the flasks have equal volumes, the larger flask will contain %281%2F2%29%281%2F3+%2B+2%2F7%29 = %287%2B6%29%2F%282%2A21%29 = 13%2F42 volume of wine.

The ratio of water to wine in the larger flask is %2842-13%29%2F13 = 29%2F13.
