x = 3 3/4 feet
So the poster is 3 3/4 feet high and 2 1/2 feet wide

or
3 + 2 + 3 + 2 + 3/4 + 2/4 + 3/4 + 2/4
10 + 10/4
10 + 5/2
10 + 2 1/2
