You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
X - 5 = 8*(Y-5)       (1)   (X= Akbar; Y= son)
X+10 = 3*(Y+10)       (2)

=========>  X = X,   or  8*(Y-5)+5 = 3*(Y+10) - 10

8Y - 40 + 5 = 3Y + 30 - 10

8Y - 3Y = 30 - 10 + 40 - 5

5Y = 55  ====>  Y = 55/5 = 11.

Then Akbar is  X = 3*(Y+10) - 10 = 3*(11+10) - 10 = 53.

Answer. Akbar is 53 years old.
