Answer by JulietG(1812)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
140x = 80
Divide each side by 140 to isolate the x
x = 80/140
x = 8/14 or 4/7
.
To divide 2.43 by 13.50 (did you mean 2.43x?)
2.43x = 13.50
Divide each side by 2.43
x = 0.18
