y=-3x%2B7

compare to point-slope form y=mx%2Bb, you have a slope m=-3 and y-intercept+b=7 which is a point (0,7)
we also can find x-intercept+ if we set y=0:
0=-3x%2B7
0%2B3x=-3x%2B3x%2B7
3x=7
x=7%2F3
x=2.33
x-intercept+is 2.33 which is a point (2.33,0)
