from (2), we have
2a-b=1
2a=1+b
2a-1=b---------(3)
by substituting (3) into (1), we have
a+3(2a-1)=1
a+6a-3=1
7a=4
a=4%2F7
by substituting a=4/7 into (3), we have
2(4/7)-1=b
b=8/7-1
b=1%2F7
