vertex and axis of symmetry are half-way
between the roots (solutions for h%28x%29+=+0)

x%2A%28x+-+5%29+=+0
The solutions are x+=+0,x+=+5
Half-way between is x+=+5%2F2
Now solve for h%28x%29
h%28x%29+=+%285%2F2%29%5E2+-+5%2A%285%2F2%29
h%28x%29+=+25%2F4+-+25%2F2
h%28x%29+=+25%2A%281%2F4+-+2%2F4%29
h%28x%29+=+-25%2F4
