Calculate the slope of each line. Find the value of the inverse tangent of each slope which is the angle between the line and the positive x-axis. The angle between the lines will be the difference between the larger angle and the smaller angle (since one of these is going to come out negative because of the range of the inverse tangent function, just add the absolute values of the two angles).
