Calculate the slope between the points: (4, -3) and (4, 7)
SOLUTION
SLOPE =y2-y1/x2-x1
m=7+3/4-4=10/0 not defined slope is 90 degree

Calculate the slope between the points: (4, -3) and (4, 7)
Correct answer: Slope is UNDEFINED.
You can see that CLEARLY since the points' x-coordinates are the same, which means that the line of this equation is a VERTICAL one!!

x is constant ---> parallel to the y-axis
---> slope is infinite, or undefined.
Often called "vertical" but if you rotate the graph paper it's horizontal.
