ok i already know that -6 and 13= 7 and that when you divide exponents you subtract top and bottom so 7 -9 =-2
the answer is 1.088 * 10 ^-2 i do know how -2 came about but can someone show me how the 1.088 came about because 6.8 * 9.6=65.28 /3=10.88 can anyone show me why the first part of the answer is 1.088? and not 10.88

Peter,Sam,Sandy and Isabel work at a kennel.Peter gives the baths the dogs every 4 days;Sam cleans the cages every 6 days;Sandy feeds the animals every 2 days;ans Isabel helps mop the floor every 3 days.How many times in 12 weeks will all 4 helpers be at the kennel?
