You say the tests are worth 70%.  That's what you have on the tests,
right? And the final is worth 15%. But that's only 85%. Where does 
the other 100%-85% or 15% come from?  Homework? Project? We can't do the
problem without knowing where the other 15% comes from and what grade
you have on whatever it is that counts that other 15%.
