A = l%2Aw%29 = (2x-4)x = 70 in^2

        2x^2 - 4x - 70 = 0

    (2x+ 10)(x -7 ) = 0  x = 7    (Tossing out the negative solution for unit measure)

 width is 7in and length is 10in
