A - rolling a double is 1/6 chance. Think of it this way. What ever the first number is, the chance the second die matches is then 1 in 6.
B - how many way to roll a 5? (1,4),(2,3),(3,2),(4,1). 4 ways. And there are 36 ways to roll the dice so the odds are 1 in 9.
