One of the basic problems that cause people to have difficulties with any school subject, but most particularly mathematics, is the inability to read and follow instructions. Apparently this problem runs in your family. Please read and follow the instructions for posting questions on this site before posting again in the future.

She needs to go back to the most basic stuff
that she doesn't get someone, even a fellow
student to explain.
Rereading sometimes helps.
