Hi
second side is 4 less than twice the first side. the third side is 10 less than twice the second side: 2(2x-4)-10 = 4x-18
Let x, (2x-4) and (4x-18) represent the respective sides
Question states***perimeter of a triangle is 48 cm
x + (2x-4)+(4x-18)= 48cm
7x = 70
x = 10cm, 1st side, 2nd side is 16cm and the 3rd side is 22cm
CHECKING our Answer***
10cm +16cm +22cm = 48cm
