You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3%2F6=3%2A1%2F%283%2A2%29=%283%2F3%29%281%2F2%29=1%2A%281%2F2%29=1%2F2 so 3%2F6=1%2F2
2%2F14=2%2A1%2F%282%2A7%29=%282%2F2%29%281%2F7%29=1%2A%281%2F7%29=1%2F7 so 2%2F14=1%2F7
3%2F5 and 5%2F3 are both fractions in lowest terms. They cannot be simplified. They are different ratios and do not form a proportion.
2%2F6=2%2A1%2F%282%2A3%29=%282%2F2%29%281%2F3%29=1%2A%281%2F3%29=1%2F3
4%2F8=4%2A1%2F%284%2A3%29=%284%2F4%29%281%2F2%29=1%2A%281%2F2%29=1%2F2
Since 1%2F3 and 1%2F2 are both fractions in lowest terms, and are different, 2%2F6 and 4%2F8 are different ratios and do not form a proportion.
