Find the midpoints of the x-components
and then the y-components
Mid(x) = +%28+6+%2B+%28-2%29+%29+%2F+2+
Mid(x) = +4%2F2+
Mid(x) = +2+
and
Mid(y) = +%28+3+%2B+1+%29+%2F+2+
Mid(y) = +4%2F2+
Mid(y) = +2+
The midpoint is at (2,2)

Let M(x, y) the coordinates of the midpoint, then
x=%28-2%2B6%29%2F2=2, and y=%281%2B3%29%2F2=2, therefore the coordinates of M(2, 2)
