Hi,

3%2F%28x-2%29=12%2F%282x-1%29 | Cross Multiplying 

  3(2x-1) = 12(x-2)

     6x - 3 = 12x - 24 

           21 = 6x

             x = 21/6 = 7/2 or 3 1/2     



   3/(3/2) = 2 = 12/6 = 2
