Hint: the derivative of sine is cosine and the derivative of cosine is -sine. Also, the derivative of a constant is 0.

If f(x)= 6sinx + 4cosx
What is the derivative of f(x)?
f'(x) = 6cos(x) - 4sin(x)
----
I assume you mean f'(5):
f'(5) = 6cos(5) - 4sin(5)
f'(5) = 6*1.7020 - 4*-0.9589
f'(5) = 14.048
