This is not a quadratic but it is in quadratic form...we can factor it as
10x%5E4-9x%5E2%2B2=0
%285x%5E2+-+2%29%282x%5E2+-+1%29+=+0
Now solve these individually
5x%5E2+-+2+=+0 leads to
x+=+%2B-sqrt%282%2F5%29 which can be rationalized
and
2x%5E2+-+1+=+0 leads to
x+=+%2B-+sqrt%281%2F2%29 which can also be rationalized
