ln(7x)=14/7

ln(7x) = 2

7x = e^2

x = (e^2)/7

So the exact solution is x+=+%28e%5E2%29%2F7

Use a calculator to get this approximation x+=+%28e%5E2%29%2F7+=+1.05557944270511

Round that approximate solution however you need to or however the book instructs.
